As a team of dedicated athletes, we know that a healthy lifestyle is the foundation for everything we do. We share with students how proper nutrition, regular physical activity, and getting enough sleep help us perform at our best both on and off the ramp. Our BMX demonstrations are a fun way to illustrate that taking care of your body and mind can lead to incredible achievements and lasting confidence. By talking openly about hydration, stretching, and mindfulness, we encourage kids to build habits that will serve them for life.

Schools can tap into a variety of funding opportunities to bring our healthy lifestyle program to their campuses. Social‑emotional learning (SEL) grants, PTA and PTO initiatives, Title I funds, STEM and STEAM programs, and even 21st Century Community Learning Centers can support events that blend messages about wellness with lessons in science and math. We show how physics and biology come together when we ride, underscoring the link between proper training and injury prevention. By leveraging these funding streams, educators can promote comprehensive health education that aligns with academic standards and wellness policies.

When we visit your school or community, we work alongside PTA leaders, nutrition services, and local wellness committees to tailor our program to your needs. We provide follow‑up resources, such as simple meal ideas and workout routines, to help students and families continue their wellness journey after the show. Our goal is to inspire everyone to stay active, eat well, and support one another in making healthy choices. Together we can build a culture where healthy lifestyles are celebrated and accessible to all.
